Mengle Memorial Library Photo Tour

The children's room is in the basement.

It is the room to the right at the bottom

of the stairs.

The children's room desk is on the right as you enter the room. You can check your books in and out here. The computer connected to the library's card catalog is on the blue desk behind the main desk.

There are four computers in the children's room for children and their parent's to use. The computers are all connected

to the internet.

The non-fiction books run along the back wall on the right side of the room.

The fiction books are on the shelves in the larger part of the children's room.

The back wall on the left side of the room is a special wall that allows the library to display books. Check out this wall for special books.

The room beside the children's room is the Teen Room. This room is for people ages

12-18. There are several computers connected to the internet for this age group to use.

The basement hallway has a mural that was painted for the library by the

Brockway Artists Connection.

The last room in the basement is the

meeting room. This room is used for

library story times and programs. It is,

also, where the library houses the books

sold for the book sale.
